About

A sabha for the people who run go-to-market.

What this is

Sabha is the old word for a gathering where things get argued out. GTM Sabha is that, for go-to-market: essays and frameworks on how B2B revenue actually gets built, written for CXOs and the operators who own pipeline.

The working premise is simple. Go-to-market is three things — sales, marketing and operations — and it does not end at the signature. It ends at cash collected. Most GTM writing covers the front half. This site covers the whole thing, from first conversation to renewal, with particular attention to the handoffs where revenue quietly leaks.

Every piece is human-written. No AI filler, no listicles, no growth hacks. One essay every fortnight; frameworks written up once and refined in the open as readers push back.

Who writes it

Shankar Krishnamurthy spent eight years in institutional fintech go-to-market — selling to banks, NBFCs and the people who run their credit and treasury desks — before founding Slowgrain Labs in Chennai in 2026. He now builds software for revenue teams and writes here about what he learned, and what he is testing.

He is on LinkedIn. Replies to every essay email reach him directly.

Who it is for

Founders, CROs, CMOs and COOs of B2B companies — especially in India — and the revenue operators who report to them: heads of sales, marketing leads, RevOps, and anyone who owns a number.

It is not for people looking for LinkedIn templates, tool roundups or a ten-step playbook. There are better places for that.
